These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LogPose, provided by Crothers, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LogPose is an intelligent scheduling platform that automates coordination between tutoring center administrators, tutors, and parents. The Service may include automated email and SMS notifications.
The Service is intended for use by parents, tutors, and administrators of tutoring centers. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage any student-related accounts. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

The Service may send automated SMS or email notifications through Twilio or other providers for scheduling, rescheduling, or reminder purposes. By using the Service, you consent to receive such messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the instructions provided in each message.
If you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar), you authorize us to access and use data from those integrations as needed to provide the Service.
All content, software, and technology forming part of the Service are owned by Crothers, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as expressly permitted by us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Crothers, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crothers, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid for the Service, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crothers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Crothers, Inc.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after posting of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
